I really miss the feature (we came from MaxHire) of a candidates resume being auto added to their record when they email it to me.
This feature save me time and helps keep my inbox and candidate flow organized.
When I asked about this during the demo period, I was informed that this lack of function was to prevent other documents being automatically added to candidate records.
My thought is make that a toggle function of auto inhaling resumes. Allow us, the users to decide to use the feature or not.
Having to manually add the resume and then make it the default document just makes it cumbersome while on the phone with candidates and the daily workflow.
From our workflow, this is a major missing feature.
