Crelate provides the ability for support representatives to assume account access. This is used strictly for the purpose of decreasing response times and allowing for a more thorough account investigation. If an organization would like to disallow Crelate Support from accessing their account they may remove account assumption.
Administrators may find this setting in Settings | Advanced Security. This feature is enabled by default and available to all customers.
If you are requesting help from Crelate Support, then they may ask you to temporary re-enable this setting to accelerate the handling of your support request.
