You'll be able to send text messages in bulk from three main screens within Crelate outlined below:
1. The Job Dashboard
From the job dashboard, you'll have the option to select multiple contacts, choose the Select Contacts drop down and then Send Bulk Text
From within Crelate's search feature (More on Search) you may select and highlight records followed by selecting the Selected Contacts drop down and then Send Bulk Text.
From Contacts, you'll have the option to select multiple contacts, choose the Selected Contacts drop down and then Send Bulk Text
Of note, if not all contacts have a mobile number, you may see the below dialogue. If so, you may follow the instructions here: Contacts Missing Mobile Numbers to alter a contact's current phone number type if you wish to include them in the bulk text.
Once you've selected your contacts, you may begin drafting the text message. This can be done by typing a new message or by selecting from an existing Text Message Template.
Prior to sending, you must select YES to confirm (see below). Additionally, you must have content in the body of your text message. Only then will the icon appear blue as opposed to greyed out.
