Crelate provides several fields that align with your job requisitions to allow you to calculate time to fill and visualize some unique metrics.
See our other article here: Last Updated, Last Activity, Last Engagement and Other Date Fields for more on date options in Crelate.
Open Date: This field is used to signify when that job first opened in Crelate. Usually, this is synonymous with when that positions was created. The goal is to use "Open Date" in conjunction with "Close Date" (more on that below) so that you may tell how long it takes to close on your opportunity leads.
Close Date: This is used to signify when the job is closed out from a WON or LOST standpoint. Meaning if you do place a candidate and choose to update the status of that opportunity to WON (terminology will vary based on your customization) that will automatically trigger that "Close Date." Additionally, if you lose a position (again terminology may vary) that too will automatically set a "Close Date."
Start Date: This is the start date of the employee. If you do win a position and place a candidate, you'll have the option to add a start date to the job opportunity's record.
